Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control once an order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not our responsibility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
